- Reviews: Ratings and written reviews you submit about other users.

- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and interactions within the App.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Push notification tokens: To deliver notifications to your device (only if you grant permission).### 2.3 Information from third parties
- Spotify: If you connect your Spotify account, we receive your Spotify display name, profile image, and list of top artists. We do not access your Spotify playlists, listening history beyond top artists, or payment information. You can disconnect Spotify at any time via your profile settings.---## 3. - Spotify: Only if you choose to connect your account. See Spotify Privacy Policy.
- Twilio: Used to send SMS verification codes for phone number authentication. See Twilio Privacy Policy.
- Law enforcement or regulators: Where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.---## 6. Data Retention- Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
- Chat messages are deleted when either party deletes their account.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.---## 1. About SpareTickSpareTick is a platform that enables users to share spare gig tickets with other music fans and connect based on shared music taste. SpareTick is not a ticket retailer, reseller, or ticketing agency. We do not sell tickets — we facilitate peer-to-peer sharing between users.Contact: [email protected]---## 2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.---## 3. Your Account- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
- You may only create one account per person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your account with anyone else.---## 4. Ticket Listings### 4.1 What you can list
- Tickets to live music events, gigs, concerts, and festivals that you genuinely hold and intend to share or transfer.
- Tickets listed must be for real events at real venues.### 4.2 What you cannot list
- Tickets you do not own or have rights to transfer.
- Counterfeit, fraudulent, or invalid tickets.
- Tickets where the original purchase terms prohibit transfer or resale.
- Tickets at a price exceeding what you paid (tout/scalp listings).
- Tickets for events that have already taken place.### 4.3 Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for ensuring tickets you list are genuine and transferable.
- You must honour any arrangement made with another user through the App.
- SpareTick is not responsible for the quality, validity, or delivery of any ticket listed on the platform.---## 5. Ticket Exchanges and TransfersSpareTick facilitates introductions between users. The actual transfer of tickets takes place between users directly and is entirely at their own risk. SpareTick:- Does not process ticket payments between users
- Does not guarantee the validity of any ticket
- Does not provide refunds for failed ticket exchanges
- Is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a ticket exchange arranged through the AppWe strongly recommend you:
- Only transfer tickets through official channels (e.g. the venue's official transfer system)
- Meet in a public place if exchanging physical tickets
- Use the in-app review system to report your experience---## 6. Pro Subscription- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the App Store / Play Store refund policy.
- Referral rewards (free Pro months) have no cash value and cannot be transferred.---## 7. User ConductYou agree not to:- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App
- Create fake accounts or impersonate other people
- Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to circumvent any safety or security featureViolation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or deletion.---## 8. User ContentBy posting content on the App (profile information, ticket listings, messages, reviews), you grant SpareTick a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating the App.You are solely responsible for the content you post. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.---## 9. Spotify IntegrationIf you connect your Spotify account, you agree to Spotify's terms of service and privacy policy. You can disconnect Spotify at any time. SpareTick is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.---## 10. Intellectual PropertyThe App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by SpareTick and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.---## 11. DisclaimersTHE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
